Vic is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. At the same time he is personable and down to earth. He is also very accommodating with respect to booking times. Through the inspection he takes the time to explain the things that can be remedied as well as to point out major items that could be a red flag or need immediate attention to. He uses thermal imaging for an extra layer of assurance. He also provides information on home maintenance tips. This is followed by a thorough report with photos and a 100 day warranty. All this at a very reasonable price. High recommended!
